• Book Kar Do does not guarantee the number of conversions, sales, or successful deals.

Lead Sharing & Usage

• Leads generated through the Website will be shared with Partner Agents as per their package.
• Book Kar Do does not guarantee lead quality, accuracy, or conversion.
• Agents must not resell, misuse, or spam leads.
• Any misuse may result in immediate account termination.

No Brokerage or Transaction Responsibility

• Book Kar Do does not charge brokerage from Users.
• We are not a party to any agreement, deal, or transaction between Users and Agents.
• All negotiations, site visits, payments, and documentation are handled directly by Users and Agents.

Limitation of Liability
